I am having problems with fps on Battlefield 4. I have the 980M model and I used to be getting well over 60 fps at Ultra settings and now I am on 27-35fps, in which I can only get 60fps at medium settings
I have power supply plugged in and have the power options set to Performance option. I also have the latest Nvidia drivers : 355.60
Even if you are not overclocking check your thermals.
When I was experimenting with higher overclocks there seemed to be a power draw limit that would put the card into a 'safe' mode with scaled back clocks, try dialing back your OC (if you have one) even if your thermals are good. To get out of the safe mode you have to reboot.
