G751JY - doesn't boot on first attempt

Hello guys,
I have a problem with my G751JY. When I try to start it, the ROG logo appears and then it's stuck like that until I press the power button and restart it. After that it boots perfectly normal. The problem is, that this is happening ALL THE TIME and it began a few days ago. I really don't know why and what I should do so before going for the RMA I post this, in case somebody can help me.

I have traced mine down, it seems to be NVida Driver issue (Did you update your Nvidia driver ?)
For the issue to go away completely I had to fall back to 361.75.
I was able to get past the issue after using DDU to uninstall the nvidia drivers and install 364.51. once in a while you still git the black screen but wait for few seconds and it will boot to windows.

Wow thank you so much! It totally worked for me when I downgraded to 361.75. I thought something was broken haha.

Ok it is happening again for some reason. I don't get a black screen but the ROG Logo, without the loading animation and it's stuck like that until I press the power button. Then after pressing it again it boots normally.
I hope nobody else is having this problem, but if yes I'd appreciate every useful information to solve it.
