i found a solution guys,THE HARDWARE IS GOOD,THE LAPTOPS ARE GOOD,ITS NOT A HARDWARE PROBLEM...ITS A DRIVER PROBLEM

INSTAL THE AUDIO DRIVERS FROM G750JS OR G750JZ AND IT WILL WORK PERFECT.

set the sound on "STEREO" and not "5.1"

Did you install over the old ones, or completely remove the ones from the G751 first? Specifically which versionof the drivers, the latest? Very interested to see if this works...

d0r1n, awesome!

It was the 5.1 setting messing things up after all, and the old driver had a Stereo mode still, nice 🙂

What do the dialogs for Realtek/AudioWizard/Sound look like? Would you please post images of the correct settings in those dialogs so we can see what you are seeing.

Here is a post I made in the other thread, what settings mapped to the dialog you are seeing?

BTW, I thought all the recent Realtek drivers had already been tested... seems odd this one was missed...nice find!

Hehe....i'm good 😉

I will test newer drivers and see till what version the sound works.

Set the dialog on stereo, not 5.1

You're not "good," & this "fix" does nothing. I've tried both version 7231 and 7304, nothing is different, even under Stereo.

I apologize if I sound cold, but please do not claim you've fixed something when you've tried something so simple and it's only confirmed to "work" for you.

Until you get another person's confirmation that it's a fix for the issue at hand, do not claim it is.

Your enthusiasm is appreciated, but shouting "FIX!" doesn't help anyone. (Remind you of a story?)

I can confirm this does not work for me either, if anything it has made the situation worse, as now I cannot control the bass that comes out of the subwoofer, whereas before I could definitely hear the difference when I turned the bass up or down. Sound still comes out of the subwoofer.

Sorry d0rin, but maybe its a good idea to wait until other people actually confirm it works before you make yourself sound over confident. 😉

Boys for me the driver gives sound from both speakers and subwoofer, like i told hmscott i can control L and R and both give separate sound.

I told u to test it to see if it works for you too like it worked to me,i expected to not work for all,but maybe some of you had a fix.
