G751JT - Motherboard and CPU at 70 degrees idle, 87 degrees gaming

The motherboard and CPU are at around 87 degrees when gaming and the video card is at 80-85.
When idle, they are at 65-70 and the video card is at 63 degrees celsius.
I have the laptop for an year and I never cleaned it inside (I don't know how to do it)
Could there be dust or is this a hardware/software problem?
What temperature is normal when idle and when gaming?

CPU & GPU thermal-paste gets "old" as time passing by ( it is because of their chemistry in high heated surroundings ).
I live in the middle-east and gaming @85-92 is normal for me ( desktop work ( chrome mostly ) is 65-70 C deg for me ).
last time my mobo was open and cleaned in a lab was about 14-15 months ago when I upgraded to G-sync.
if you ask me - NO this is NOT "normal" and it is due to POOR PASTING BY ASUS and/or computer design in total ( no way for dust to get out properly ).

also it is well know in this forum that many asus OFFICIAL labs are RETARDED and ignorance about thermal pasting - you must force them to contact official asus headquarters tech support inorder for them to understand that they need to pay special attention to pasting the CPU & GPU ( and other electronics ) after serious work on the mobo, like g-sync upgrade.
this was a mojor topic in the g-sync upgrade for the G751 serie, and only after handsome complains to this forums moderators, by ppl that have gone the g-sync upgrade and got +50% in temp, that they've issue the special instructions about pasting ( because temp validation after serious mobo exchange isn't something that should be in Asus manual, like 15 years ago ).
