G751JT Internet Lag in all games.

So I get internet lag in all games. (only on online games) And mostly CS GO and Dota 2.
Single Player games work fine.
Players around me look like they are teleporting, and I get taken back to what I was doing 1 second ago each minute. (Rubberband lag)
I have an ASUS Rog G751JT. I am using a wireless network, but I also get lag using a wired network.
I'm running Windows 8.1.
Can anyone help me?
Thanks.

I did it and the problem wasn't fixed. 😞

Nope. I installed the drivers but it doesn't work. I'm running out of options here.

For some reason I have to post a reply 10 times for it to show. Anyway, the drivers didn't fix anything. I'm running out of options here. EDIT: Oh nevermind it was the second page lol =))

As I said, I have updated my proset to the last version.
And by card, what do you mean? Video card?
Sorry, I don't know much about computers.

find device manager open click on network adaptors click on the > then right click on the adaptor , then click on properties , what is the name of the card in the general tab, then click on driver. what is the driver version and date please

Driver date is 9/19/2013. The network adapter is IntelR Dual Band Wireless-AC 7260.

It says it's up to date...

The e164.exe was akready installed but the de164 does not work. It simply closes the installation.
I used the intel driver tool and it installs some wireless driver, but I only get the option to "repair". At the status of the driver, it says failed..
But why am I downloading wireless drivers? As I said, the problem is there when I'm using a wired network too.
Thank you for the help... if there's anything else I can do, let me know :).
