G751JM Laptop getting sluggish

I have the G751JM laptop. I only use it for gaming and it ran all my games great. Now I am noticing my games are not running like they used to. Any tips on best ways to speed things up? Things I have done...

minimized my startup programs
run cleaners
defrag.
uninstalled many unused programs.

What temps are your GPU and CPU running at? Have you run diagnosis on your hard drive? Sounds like you have done a lot of uninstalling so have you defrag you hard drive? Cleaners could have deleted some files that you actually need?

How long have you had it? It might be a hardware based and not software based if it has a lot of built up dust in it that will inhibit cooling. Maybe blow out the fans at least, and do a disassembly and thorough cleaning if you think you're comfortable with it.
