G751JL-DS71 Display Issue

I have had the ROG G751JL-DS71 for about 6 months. I'm not a gamer and use it mainly for transcoding home videos and TV shows.
Wiped out the hard drive and reinstalled Win10 64bit Pro. Then set it up. Don't think this was the cause, but noticed the display jumping and random streaks. Then everything went PINK.

At first thought it may be the nVidia mobile drivers, but when I rebooted, even the ROG logo was pink.

Does this sound like a serious hardware failure?

Your thread's topic was already discussed in the forum.
A quick search for "pink" sing the built-in search of this sub-forum or a google search with the postfix of "site:rog.asus.com" can show you the many previous already opened threads, that discusses same topic/theme.
Please, next time, search and reply in an already opened thread with similar topic - so that way we as a community can enlarge each topic with as much info, knowledge, experience, feedback from as many users as possible IN ONE THREAD, dedicated for one topic/theme.

The issue might be SW (driver replacement/update is needed or should be re-configured ) and it might be HW ( faulty screen, needs to get replaced ).

Thanks -- Looks like Asus has a quality control issue. Won't be purchasing their laptops in the future.
