Go to control panel -- Audio Wizard, Change the setting from Multimedia to off. Does this make your sound better?

Nope makes it worse the vibration that is. It comes from the mouse pointer on the keypad

Ya i am experiencing the same thing. probably part of the chassis. A recommendation is to go into sound settings and lower the top of the "front". this will reduce the max volume output, but will reduce the vibration at the max volume.

You probably have same creaking sound problem we all are facing. Change audio quality in Realtek Audio manager to highest and keep a close eye on the Imbalanced sound thread.
