So the problem of dead or near dead battery, which causes the computer to shut down at opening of windows or during demanding tasks can be solved in two ways:
1. go to windows advanced power settings and select "critical battery action" to do nothing, as normal setting it shuts down
2. remove the battery completely, it will work without it, just disable disk caching in case you unplug the power cord.
This was a real headache for me to solve and there seems to be many users experiencing this problem, so I thought to share this.
