G751-JT Optical Drive replaced with 9.5mm caddie, but side has a big chunk missing

Hello... I just inserted my 9.5mm caddie in the optical drive slot, it works great. I was wondering if there's a way to attach something over the caddie so it doesn't look like the laptop is missing a chunk out of the side. Thanks!

You could just rip apart the dvd drive and make your own cover, or find the part number and see if someone is selling the front on ebay.

Just unclip the bezel off the original optical drive and attatch it to the caddy,end result it will look back to original ......Cheers Dino

Do any of you knows what speed/bus type does the optical drive's slot support ? (i.e sata 3GB / 6GB / PCIe )
