Today i wanted to clear my fans and heat pipes and I dissasembled the laptop and cleaned it. After cleaning it i put back my HDD and SSD and the laptop boot up normally but first I went in BIOS and disabled the Launch CSM option. It was enabled until now after disable it I won't have any kind of image at all on the notebook monitor or external monitor. I have BIOS 211 and it worked just fine. Could some one advise me on how could I reset the BIOS?!

Well it sounds like you were running a BIOS MBR set up that needs CSM to boot. That setting didn't change its self because you opened the case to clean it. Just go back into the BIOS and change it back to enable CSM.
If you are having Black screen with computer running would check the cable and connections for the monitor.
Its possible to flash back your BIOS using Winflash but you have to get into windows to use it. However disable is he default for CSM
Since you had just dissemble your notebook I would look for cables that are damaged or not correctly connected logically that where the issue should be

I had signal on the screen. After I disabled the Launch CSM and save settings in BIOS I restarted the computer and now now when I power on the laptop the monitor goes black and you are unable to change the lightning on keyboard as well. So I don't think it has to do with Monitor cable. I was thinking on a CMOS reset

CMOS reset would require complete disassemble and then the cmos battery is solders to the MB perhaps PM Bill@asus he is a repair rep here he may have something for you.

A forced BIOS recovery using Easy Flash with your BIOS version downloaded off ASUS Support site specific to your model, and then renamed with a ".bin" extension, placed in C:\ of your HDD/SSD or FAT32 formatted USB flash drive and the CTRL+HOME key combo, should correct this problem.

Previous generations of ROG Notebooks were plagued with this issue when changing boot modes; Black screen POST; Buggy UEFI/BIOS settings corrupting boot block.*

Hopefully the recovery block still works for you!**
