I have a G751 which some time ago started having the following issue:
The screen sometimes doesn't wake from sleep and stays black no matter what, making the machine inoperable. The only way to get out of it is to push the power button. This also happens sometimes when closing and opening the lid (closing the lid means sleep mode). I use the balanced power plan and I have disabled fast-startup.
The strange thing is that this issue happens rarely e.g. 10% of all times attempting to wake from sleep. Has anyone had any similar issue or knows what's going on?
