G750JZ Gputweak fan speed not working

Hi forum,
I made a clean install (W10). I installed all drivers and programs (smart gesture, charge plus, .......) and everything work good except for "Run gpu fan on full speed" in Gputweak (1.0.1.0).
When I upgrade W8.1 -> W10 it was working normally but now my fan doesn't run at full speed.
What can I do?

GPU Tweak doesn't work properly on Windows 10 right now. Sometime the program will be updated in the future.

People recommend using MSI Afterburner, however I've ran into problems with it causing my graphics card to double it's overclock which I imagine could've blown it.

Use at your own risk, be careful when making profiles and to not constantly swap between them.

As a safety precaution, do NOT check 'start windows with overclock'

It was my fault, since Optimus is activated the fans run at full speed only when the external gpu is working.
When I started a game with the "ON" option the fans immediatly start to run at full speed. Maybe because I only used it when I was rendering stuff in Premiere or After Effects and not just for testing it. Now is everything good again.
