G750JX Not recognizing 2nd Hard Drive

So I am using my original Hard Drive and that works great buy my 2nd 750GB HDD is not showing up in Windows. How do I fix this? I formatted it in Windows setup and made a new partition with it but did not install Windows and it still doesn't show up in Windows 8. What do I do?

You need to initialize it in Disk Management. You can also do that via command line using diskpart.

when i started it first time it started giving me some kind of error and restarted, then again it happen so i recovered it, this notebook has 750GB+750GB HDD and in explorer it was showing 4 drives of 350GB each, after recovery when it started the 2 drives dissappear and only C and F was showing, i contacted customer care they told me to recover it again (RESET PC FULLY), i did that many times, but no success, i dont know how to use disk management, pls help

If that doesn't work, when I setup my 1 TB drive I didn't have my computer plugged in and it was running so slow it wouldn't recognize it. So I plugged it in and it recognized it in disk management.
