G750JX crashes randomly

Tehalon
Level 7
My laptop seems to crash randomly lately.
It tends to happen when im in game or when im browsing (Chrome/FF/IE10).

I've ran the RAM diagnostic tool -nothing wrong.
I did an error check on my harddrive -nothing wrong..
I checked the event log and the same errors seem to happen around the time that it freezes and reboots;
