G750JX Black Screen upon loading any windows DVD

Hi all, I need some help with my G750JX.

I am trying to do a clean windows install on my laptop - first time since purchase

Basically I wanted to install windows on an ssd to be my boot drive.

The problem is when trying to boot from DVD or Flash drive I get a Black / Blank screen

I tried with win7 / win8 / win10 and the same problem happened

I already upgraded from win8 to win 10 and cant return to win 8 to use the restore partition.

any help its been a week and i cant solve this :mad::mad::mad:.

If after pressing the Esc key during POST, neither the DVD or thumb drive show up in the boot menu, give this a try...

Hi redduc900, I know the procedure you suggested.

I get the boot menu, I tried with both DVD and USB, They start loading windows and then Blank / Blank screen. Nothing else happens left it like that for hours.

The problem is windows never start the installation procedure.
