G750JX - Battery vs Power Supply and GHZ

Hi all!

Just something I find a bit werid...and it's when I use this computer on battery VS Power Supply.

With Power Supply:

On Battery:

800Mhz

I want the battery to be on 3Ghz + on battery aswell if I want to....


Is there an option somewhere I can adjust this to my liking?

This is a known issue and will hopefully be fixed in the next BIOS update. The JW model has an updated BIOS which fixes this issue and we are just waiting on the others.

Hi there! well, in order to preserve battery's life, the proc is clocked at 800mhz so I don't think it's an issue:D

They are working on a BIOS update to change that. I think that there is a stick post about it.
