Hey there folks!
Thread topic says it all. Some of my work involves field testing, and i take my trusty g750jx with me to desert trips and it copes well.
I fear, this time i've taunted my luck for the last time, for apparently, the battery is dead..
However - hwinfo says it suffered only 17% tear. Ive tried uninstalling the drivers for the battery like people here like to suggest.
I've disassembled the laptop to look for electronical failures but, alas i found nothing.
Frankly, i've run benchmarks to see if there are any other issues and it's still in the top 33% of userbenchmark's records for this model.
What other method would i use to be certain that the battery is 100% dead? its 0% and "recharging" but from time to time it seems unplugged.
Symptoms include mostly orange battery light indicator and it sometimes turns yellow, if only for a second. Pattern repeats.
