Hey man, I got the same problem. I have checked the Event Viewer and have noticed the Critical "Kernal-Power" 41 (63).
I've tried to use the computer without my battery inside, and this problem didn't happen anymore. My guess would be our battery is no good anymore. I'm personally thinking about getting a new battery from Asus some time next week. Hopefully this helps.
