G750JS keyboard keys not working

So, yesterday I got the G750JS laptop, brand new and all....
Today after work I started it up for the first time...
Problem is, the keyboard is unresponsive... at all...

And I've been looking for a way to solve it and I can't seem to find anything

any help would be great

It happens to me about 1 out of 60 times. I just restart the laptop (mouse is working) and then it is ok. I would be nice to fix it anyway. Could somone help, please?

Send it back, Return it...A brand new laptop not working is unacceptable. Return it to where ever you purchased it. Don't get a brand new laptop fixed get another new laptop from where it was purchased or just return it and buy online from Costco. (My nickel on this issue). I have the G750JS..bought it from Costco 3 weeks ago, with no such issue.
