Hello, I noticed that the mic on my Razer Kraken Pro isn't working. Simply put, the built-in mic on the laptop works but the moment i plug in the mic jack from the headset no sound gets registered in the recording device shown in the screenshot below. Initially I thought that the problem could be with the splitter cable that came with it but when testing on another laptop both the audio output and mic worked fine on it, which leads me to believe there's a problem with my G750JM. Tried uninstalling and doing a rollback on Realtek High Definition Audio too but nothing seems to be getting the mic on my headset to work. Any advice would be appreciated.
