G750JM Battery not charging

Battey has been stuck at 0% and not charging even though its listed on my laptop screen that charger is "plugged in, battery charging".

How did this happen all of a sudden?

Also, battery icon next to the touchpad is not lit, as usually is orange when charging.

Well is all indication is that your AC Brick is working your able to run on it. then that leaves your battery I would replace that to see if it solves the problem, if it doesn't then that would leave the mother board where your actual charger circuit is installed.
