G750JH - Left fan really noisy

Hi,
I have my left fan of my asus rog g750jh going almost full throttle when i do nothing on my computer.
Graphic card temperature is about 41°, cpu at idle (14% usage) but the fan is really noisy...

It has been fully cleaned yesterday, so no dust in the fans

the blown air is not hot, the right fan is silent.

Could you help me please ?

One more question,
the cpu fan is the left one and the gpu fan is the right one or did I swap them ?

that would make my researches a lot easier if i know which one is for cpu or gpu ^^
