G750JH Fan settings on BIOS

Hello Everybody,

how can i change my fan speed settings on BIOS ?
My laptop's fan works very loudly even i do not do anything on it.
When i check CPU; it always works between 3.2 - 3.3 GHZ. I think it's turbo.
How can i make it more quiter ?? Because its not nice to hear that noise in the evenings.

I accesed to my BIOS settings but i couldnt see anything about Fan there.

Please help me on this.

Is your CPU always running at that speed? Even during idle?

this is also happening to me atm, I only have my browser open, my cpu is always around 3.1-3.3 ghz but unlike yusuf, my fan doesn't make any loud noises.
is it normal for it to always overclocking?

edit: NVM, found out why...
Check your power plan, change it to Balanced instead of High Performance
