Hi! I've been having issues with charging my laptop. When I plug it in, sometimes it will charge, sometimes it won't. I took it in to the Geek Squad at Best Buy today and they told me that they had never seen an ASUS ROG with a "DC" output. I haven't been able to find another charger that will work and I'm hoping I won't have to send it in. Thanks for any replies!

Geek Squad was pulling your leg, they are all DC output 🙂
They can order the charger for you, or you can order it yourself, the estore.asus.com site has been down most of the weekend, but let me check again and see if I can post the links for you to the battery / charger / etc for the G750
Cool, the sysadmin's must have come in to work - it's Monday there 🙂
All G750 parts:

G750JH Charger 240w charger
... darn the site isn't responding again...
When it comes up check the first link and the batter and charger are there...
When you get the battery and charger you can swap them in to see if one or the other is the problem.
If you can run the laptop without the battery, just the power adapter plugged in, then the power adapter is ok, and it is the battery or the charging circuit in the laptop that is the problem... or
One thing you can try, is to go to the Device Manager, Batteries => and uninstall the 2 entries and then either reboot or Action => Scan for new hardware and then reboot. That has reset the charging for some.
There is a hardware reset too... I haven't used it - anyone else want to post how to do it for us?
Let us know what you works for you 🙂
