Man, you guys are scaring me. I just sold my G74 so I can buy the G750JH DB71. It says its Anti Glare. Not sure if thats gonna me Matte or not.
One of the things I loved about the G74 was the awesome screen. Please tell me it will be the same quality in a laptop that has a MUCH more powerful 780M in it! Sounds like blasphemy.

I dont mind Matte screens myself, I use them for work, but just wanted to know if there's a huge difference between the G74 rave reviews of the Glossy screen on it compared to the G750 matte finish. Talk of granulation or what not is what had me nervous.
I guess I'll just have to wait and see. The G750 has already been ordered. I'm not sure if ALL of the G750's are 120Hz or just the 3D Model? Asus's website goes into the panel in the advertising but I'm not sure if that's all iterations of the G750 or just the 3D one.
Thanks though guys for your input! Greatly Appreciated. Anxiously waiting for this laptop.

Most of the G750's, so far, are matte screens, default refresh 60hz, but can run 100hz. The only ones with glossy screens, so far, are 3D models with an IR sensor built in and 3D Glasses included in the box, 120hz - but not sure in what modes it will run 120hz.
Always visually check the box labels for the exact contents before purchasing.
When you get your G750, come back and read the forums for the discussions on how to tune your screen / install for the best image. There have been good resolutions, pun intended, to most problems people have had with the initial set up of the laptop screen.
