Alright i have had some issues with my g750 maybe its bad luck i dont know.Anyway when i mentioned to the store clerk of the customer support service of the store where i bought my laptop.Theirs alot of complaints on the internet about the quality of the g750.He tells me its normal and that people only post to complain. When i told him i found a report done by a independent research organ that stated that 20 % of asus gaming laptops get returned in the first 2 years. He told me its normal being that it is new and sensitive technology and all.

So i'd like to hear from all you happy satisfied asus g750 owners who had their laptop for more then 2 years without any problems.Dont be shy if you have your laptop for more then 2 years without a single problem asus deserves the positive advertisement.Thank you

I am one of them (that will also take the time to post about it).

I've had my G750jx-TB71 since August 2013. It has exported hundreds of videos to my YouTube channel, and played countless Steam/Origin/Battle.net games.

I recently installed Windows 7 HP to a new SSD from Samsung. It runs substantially faster than it did new, now with the SSD. This is also the first time I have reinstalled Windows since I got the laptop, so that probably helps as well. I can overclock the GPU without issue. The CPU can overclock/underclock/undervolt as well, and I change it to my needs.

I have yet to do a full repaste or internal cleaning of the computer. Nothing more fancy than compressed air with the fan blades held still. Amazingly, it still runs generally as cool as it did day 1. My CPU was just idling at 39c.

Thanks to this forum I've also run my display at 100hz the entire life of the computer, plus run drivers direct from Nvidia, plus have the color calibrated profiles.

I wish Asus supported Windows 7 directly, but overall its been great running it with Windows 8 drivers. I also wish they supported Linux better. I have yet to try installing it, but it looks a little over my head. At least drivers for Steam OS would be helpful.

Also, amazingly, my battery is still at 80% of original capacity (~20% wear for almost 2.5 years of daily use). I'm guessing this is from the 95% recharge threshold that has dramatically reduced the charge cycles.

This is my first Asus computer, count me extremely happy.

Awesome im happy for you.One thing is for sure, nobody can say Asus hires people to flood the forum with fake posts or false advertisements about how great their laptops are.
