g750 jx wireless connection problem

hello every one
i am having a problem with my g750 jx wireless connection as it crashes my modem every time i turn it on, at first i thought that the
problem was in the modem it self so i contacted my ISP and they've relapsed it with a new one but the problem kept on going,
if any body have an idea about this problem or knows how to resolve it please help.

P. S. i am running on windows 8.1 and my modem is Huawei E5172 4G

its set to WPA-PSK & WPA2-PSK(TKIP+AES)
