Hi all,

does anyone have an idea why my G750-JX is not finding my SOundblaster Evo zx headset? My phone picked up the headset just fine. Any ideas?

Is Bluetooth set to discovery mode? Airplane mode disabled? Is the headset in pairing mode?

We customize Asus, MSI, and Clevo laptops!

I actually managed to fix it. I went into the device manager and manually triggered an update of the bluetooth drivers which solved the problem.

Surprised the ASUS update software didnt pick it up.

Its fixed so thats good 🙂
