I recommend performing an ASUS Factory Restore. Press F9 at the ASUS splash screen and restore Windows to the 1st partition. The laptop will reboot several times. Be patient and let the process run to completion.

If this fails to resolve your issue, contact your retailer and see if you can exchange your laptop for a new unit or at least return it for a refund.

Don't let anyone talk you into a warranty repair. If you accept that, the laptop with its problems will now become your problems. You'll have to wait without your laptop while it is being repaired and the retailer will be off the hook.

thanks for your suggestion, however, is there any other ideas than factory restore? I just installed all the software I need. moreover, that problem happened at the same time I opened it.

Uninstall the touchpad driver from Control Panel. REBOOT to allow Windows to install its Plug-N-Play touchpad driver. Do the buttons now function correctly?

I am working on the drivers now, hope it will work. I also downloaded a older vision of the driver. sometime the older ones work better. trying now

bad, even without that drivers, the touchpad still work like that, is that possible a hardware problem?

I believe it IS most likely a hardware problem. Best to contact your retailer and exchange it for a new unit.
