G75 stops for no reason

My screen suddenly stops for no reason at all, but the sound still plays, i dont know whats the problem, guys do you experience the same problem?

How many times have you encountered this issue and how often? For me it seems like it would go into a 'sleep' mode w/ active sound. But please try explaining this issue not so concise, because there is too few info about it.

well, for quite some time now, i think its about 4 days ago since it started but for a day it would go for about 3 to 5 times, it would not turn into sleep mode nor open the task manager, it would just freeze. it would not go to a sleep mode because im using it. ive tired to detach and re attach the battery. but t is still the same.

Try a Windows System Restore to restore your system to a time before the issue first occurred.

yup system restore had worked out for me hehehe, i thought ill gonna be encountering this again while doing my school works and projects.
