G75 3D Movies only in Splitscreen

Hello,

my problem is that if I´m watching called 3D Movie´s using VLC they are just displayed in a kind of splitscreen mode !
Using my nvidia 3D glasses has completely no effect.

Are there just some settings wrong or is it a general problem? Does anyone has the same experience and how is this phenomen be fixed ? It´s a G75VW with gtx660m.

Would be greatful for any answers or suggestions...

Hey there rock. What you are experiencing is normal.
3D side by side videos will not play on vlc. You need to download or buy stereoscopic player and get some free codecs to make 3d movies work like imax 🙂
I will try and find a very useful tutorial I used a long time ago and post it up here once I got it..

Ah i found it.

This link proved to be the best for me:

When you set it up with those codecs (jus make sure to download the latest versions of what is said) You should be able to play 1080p Blu-ray 3D videos in virtually any format and quality will be like IMAX lol.
