Hi, i have one g74sx wiht 2 hd of 500gb and i want to change one for a ssd, i would like to know if the Intel® - 510 Series 120GB Internal Serial ATA III Solid State Drive will work and if it's good and cheap.

Yes, it will work. Intel makes very good, reliable SSDs. "Cheap" is a relative term.....you'll have to research that and draw your own conclusions.
