I tried posting this in another ongoing thread, but did not receive any replies, so I am trying to see if I can get some attention in my own thread...
I hope there are still some G74SX owners out there who can help me as this is a notebook circa 2011. I plan to do a clean install of Windows 10 Fall Creators Update, and wondered whether I should hunt down older, compatible drivers from Intel for the 6 Series (HM65 Express) chipset as well as the Rapid Storage Technology? Or, would the default drivers that Windows installs be sufficient (or are actaully even more recent/advanced)? Frankly, I don't know if the Intel files would even be compatible with Windows 10 FCU.
