Orochi is compatible and I'm using it right now ^_^. I think gaming in wireless mode works well, just watch your battery level and keep your orochi cable nearby just in case.

I've had no problems gaming with this mouse. Honestly, it's still the best Bluetooth mouse around IMO only complaint is that it eats batteries. I get maybe around a month out of it with new batteries, so I suggest you get some decent rechargeable AA's.

Concur, even with the light in the wheel off, it eats batteries. Also, it's a bit small for my paws but it works so well and I haven't found another BT mouse that I thought was worth anything, so I continue to use it.
