G74SX Hackintosh Sound

Hi All!

I've been experimenting with Hackintoshing my G74. I've got pretty much everything I need working so far, EXCEPT for sound!

Has anyone had any luck getting sound for 10.8.5? My hours of searching have come out fruitless.
