I have the i7-2670QM CPU @2.2GHz version of G74. No overclocking ( can't anyways)
12GB of RAM
Windows 7 - 64 bits
nVidia GTX 560M - 3GB ( not overcloked, runs around 65C while playing GTA 4)

Game Setting:
View Mode: 1920x1080 at 60Hz
Aspect: 16:9

Reflection Resolution: Off
Water Quality: High

Night Shadow: Off

I used CPUID Hardware Monitor and it says my CPU package highest temp was 82C, it seems a really high temperature because I usually have around 60C while playing games, rarely reach up to 70.
The CPUs idle temp are around 55C and GPU idles at 40C.
My room temp is below 30C, but my desk is small. So the back doesn't get much air flow for the hot air to go away fast enough.
Should I worry? What should I do to bring it lower? Thanks for any useful input!

Should you worry? Nope... When you CPU or GPU temps regularly exceed 90 C, you can become more concerned.

Get a can of compressed gas and blow out your fan intakes and exhausts as regular weekly maintenance.
