g74s windows has stopped working issue.

okay so whenever i refresh the desktop everything would pause and then turn white and say it has stopped working . and then restarts explorer. is there a fix to this ?

Consider uninstallng ASUS WebStorage and confirming you've installed the Windows Updates that address this issue.

If that fails to resolve the problem, consider an ASUS Factory Restore or a clean Windows 7 installation.

none of the things worked . other than a reformat , is there any other possible solutions ? just when im right click refreshing it happens.

Refreshing what? The web page? If so, what Browser are you using?

OR refreshing the Windows Explorer view?
