G74 - Display has bright dots visible on white (or bright colored) screen

Hi, I have had my Asus G74 for about 8 months now and love it, however maybe 4 months ago I noticed their were some brighter dots on my screen that you can really only see on white or other bright colored screens or backgrounds. I have tried doing the ballpoint pen and wet paper towel fix to not success. However, I didn't think that they were dead pixels in the first place because there are so many of them, they are different sizes, and in random places. Can anyone help? I really don't want to RMA it because for some reason I don't have the free two-way shipping. Thanks!

Thanks for the link, I tried some of them to no avail. Here are some pictures that show what it looks like, once again it only shows up on white or very light colored screens, not black.
