G73JH clean install help

Boots from the dvd just fine however after copying the windos 7 files the process just stops I then proceed to do a hard reset and it continues but when it hit completion it stops again. I believe every time it tries to restart the process stops and a few times when i do try to restart it gives me 0x0000009f. Can anyone help me with this?

Hello jjluong! What are you installing? Windows 7 (version i.e. home, pro, ultra etc, and 32 or 64 bit) What are the specs of your laptop? i.e. ram? hdd? Where is the DVD from? i.e. self made/burned, recovery DVD's, Windows DVD, etc.
