Hey everyone, Just wanted to see what people were getting performance wise on BF3. I was kinda disappointed. My performance on high, not ultra high is only ~20-30 fps. I know the game is retarded crazy when it comes to performance, but I just wanted to know if anyone else was getting better or worse.

something else to keep in mind. since the game is unreleased, both the video drivers and the game itself has not been optimized.

that was a big problem with BC2. it's a major resource hog, but unlike BF2, it's a real beauty even on medium/low settings. BF3 probably isn't going to be that much harder on a system than BC2 was because they're planning on optimizing it quite a bit.

20-30 FPS is quite normal for a game still in beta. all things considered, EA probably wont even put out a patch to fix it up good till after it's been out for a few months.
