G56JR-CN260H Monitor case problems

Hi guys, i recently bought this laptop and there is once when i trying to lift the monitor case on the right edge there, there is some cracking sound when you press it gently, it was like the monitor case didn't fit so well. Any people face the same problem? Try to pinch the right and left edge of the monitor.

yes it's normal . same in my ...but not always, only sometimes.. only base of the laptop is very solid, the top is weak...but for me it's not a problem

Try to remove partially the cover by using only Your nails - I see you have got long version haha 😉 [start on the top - it's very easy, BUT DO IT GENTLY]...and then put it together. Perhaps this will eliminate some stress in material. Remember, that the bottom of the cover is secured by the 2 screws [hided under the 2 black small visible labels] , so You can only take the top section apart

by the way You will see whether all the click-fits are not broken

You can send it to the service, but probably they will tell You that it's nothing, no issue... i'm not sure. You can always try 🙂
