G56JR are you guys serious - same mistake again?

Hi,
I saw on FB post about new G56. Went to official page to read more about it. When I start reading I found something thats disappointed me. Are you guys made same mistake again like with G750 pointing that "32 GB will be lifetime"?

If it's mistake I guess you need to do something with that person who's copy/past text and makes people complicate.

Well for one thing you are not typing to ASUS here we are just a group of people here trying to help each other.
as to your post there must be something lost in the translation. 32 GB and Lifetime do not mix the statement is meaningless.
Some G750 do come with 32 GB of Ram, some do not, there are several variations of each Note Books Asus produces, then the Vendors get involved and create more confusion with having there own specific version models. If your Buying a Asus Note Book or any other note book actually you need to read the specification for the exact model version your are purchasing

Erm... You must not have read that right. It is talking about Cloud storage not internal RAM (memory)

Their service is similar to something like dropbox or skydrive. It's a piece of software...

OIC I thought I was missing something in the OP. Must be something new didn't get anything like that with my G75. Or maybe they did I've been using Carbonite for so long I didn't pay any attention?

I was addressing Bekarasha, sorry for the confusion.

Bekarasha seems to think that the picture is talking about internal memory and that it is soldered to the motherboard so that it cannot be upgraded or replaced. But in actual fact Asus is talking about it software that let's you upload and store files online.

I'm pretty sure Bekarasha realizes that the "32GB" refers to cloud storage, not RAM. What Bekarasha is complaining about is that it's listed as "lifetime" storage, when it apparently only lasts for a few years. Yea I see, kind of like with us getting the G75 VW advertised with TB and only to find out we didn't and would never get it. So he is just flaming the forums so that we get to see his dissapointment

I see, that makes much more sense,thanks for clearing that up.

I would think that a lawyer type could get the people that purchased while this Ad was up could get these people the advertised deal!
As to us with G75 we should have read the small print we all went for the smoking mirror when the ad clearly stated that TB was only available on some Version of which none were produced that I know of, unless you consider a model change from VW to VX. As always its Buyer beware.
