G55VW high temperatures

My G55vw runs very hot CPU @95-100c,GPU @80-85c with room temp @10-20c .After reading in a thread that it is because of a plastic film between the heat sink and the thermal compound .so I took it to the service center and told the guy to remove it but he said he didn't find anything like that and more over he damaged the screen and a black zone appeared at the bottom of the screen .looks like he dropped the whole thing and it's not just the screen the whole computer performs different and the first time I turned it on I experenced a hang and I had to force restart .I'm just very angry right now and very dissapointed with the after sales service its just very bad I just hope he'll be able to fix the screen and the heating issue is still there.

did you return to ASUS service center for RMA? did you provide photo to us?

the guy said he'll get a new screen in a week and so told me to keep the computer with me until then but it's not just the screen I've so far identified a couple more problems too today i'll go there once again and report those things too and what's the rma thing? I don't know about it properly plz explain and one more thing , after all this I still have to give it to the same guy to get it fixed .he doesn't seem to be up to the task.

Should i provide a photo showing the damage?? and how can I do it?

Got the screen fixed today but the heating issue is much worse than before after i got it to my place i ran prime 95 and kombuster for just 2-3 min and the gpu temperature hit 91 c and the cpu a 101 c which is extreme but there is no way i'm gonna give it to the same guy may be I'll try to get it fixed next time I go to chennai where hopefully their services are better.

Sorry to hear that. Hope you get it resolved, it is a good product but looks like in your area the after sales service is somewhat dodgy. Those are definitely "wrong" temperatures.

yes that's awfully high; you need to replace the thermal compound for both CPU and GPU.
