G551JW screen blinking or blank issue.... Disappointing

I'm new here so yeah... I recently bought asus rog g551jw. I'm from the philippines btw.
so yeah i've been using it for 2 months now and indeed it's great! but suddenly.... the screen started blinking.
and sometimes the display is just blank. it's like the screen is off. so I brought it to the service center to avail my warranty
cause unfortunately it says in my receipt that only within 7 days since i bought the product can i only have a replacement.
so yeah.. i called them yesterday and they said that its an LCD problem?? (WTF)
because I tried testing it on an external monitor but it also doesnt display anything. So guys pls help.
what seems to be the REAL problem here? Is it possible that its really an LCD problem??

BTW i also noticed that when the screen started blinking the light in the ROG logo at the back of the screen is also blinking.
Yeah, im hoping that the people in the service center can fix it. I just cant believe that its an LCD problem.

btw, even when i enter the BIOS, the screen is blinking. (flashing black like the screen is on and off)

Windows 10 is the worst OS ever been made from microsoft .... Just so many bad thing about it

im running windows 8.1 guys.

my question is, is it really possible that its an LCD problem? The service center said that it is.
And i know for sure that if its a screen problem, if i insert it in a external monitor, there will probably a display but
the thing here is when i do that, there's also no display. what seems to be the problem here?

Update: I called them once again to say my concerns and to confirm if it is really an LCD issue. so yeah,
they said that they checked it part by part and i asked if are there any problems inside the laptop
besides the lcd ( what i mean is somewhere on the motherboard ) they said no. (WHAT A RELIEF)
cause i see in the net that it might be a faulty motherboard or a gpu problem... so yeah, i hope
they can fix it.

question: I have the g551jw that came with an IPS panel. If they're going to replace the LCD will they replace also the IPS Panel??
