G551JW Right-side USB port and audio jack not working after disassembling

I guess the title says it all. I took my laptop apart to fix a problem with the right speaker. when listening with loud volume, the case starts resonating and that started to get really annoying. But now after getting everything back together, my right-side USB port and audio jack next to it arent working. USB port still gives power but doesnt recognize any devices. Does anyone have an idea how to fix this? I already tried re-installing drivers.

Yes you are answering you own question. Something is not assembled correctly or something has been broken which is not good since I think the right side USB and other port are soldered on the Motherboard not sure this is true on 15" models 17" models right side modules are soldered. yours may be different and you just didn't get a cable correctly installed? ofr bent a pin?
