I just got my G551jm yesterday and the mousepad has never worked. I did manage to detect it with the device manger once.
The keyboard did work for installing windows but once i got onto the desktop the keyboard would stop working after a few min.
Currently the keyboard does work but occasionally it stops working shortly after booting and just putting the laptop to sleep by pressing the power button and waking it up again makes the keyboard work perfectly.
Any ldeas?
