g550jk fan running at max all the time

Hey guys how are you doing? I'm Jose from Argentina and I need your help. I bought an asus g550jk in september of last year and it was running incredibly well until last Sunday. I don't know what happened but the notebook started to make so much noise from the left fan and that started to worried me. I scan the temperature of the machine with a program called speedfan and it shows me that each core processor is running at 30 to 34 degrees and the fan trying to cooled it down even more and more and the whole machine temperature shows in 28 degrees thing that I don't know if that is correct or not. I install windows from zero just in case some bad driver was doing the fan to malfunction but nothing change after that. Do you guys have any idea what could be the reason for this to happen? I'm very worried because I never seen something like these before. Is there any way to access the bios and see the the information about the fan? What would you recommend me to do? I apologize if I post this in a place where don't belong I new in this forum and I'm not getting used to yet. Thank you so much for taking the time to read this post and I hope you can help me to find a solution.

check your power options. You might have the CPU set to active cooling and 100% idle...

And how can I do that? Could you please guide me to the process? I will really appreciate it! Thanks for your response

for changing power options, this website explains it pretty well (pictures and stuff): http://www.tomsitpro.com/articles/windows-8.1-sleep-hibernation-settings,2-737-2.html

You can press CTRL+SHIFT+ESC and a new window will appear. Here, you can look at the CPU usage. Alternatively, you can download "Speccy" from www.piriform.com. This software will give you extra information on temperatures from the various sensors in the laptop. You shouldn't be scared about using the computer. There is a physical safety within all CPU's now-a-days. After reaching ~100-105 degrees celcius, the computer will automatically shut off to avoid burning components from high temperatures. When this happens, leave alone for 10 mins and you can restart. If no auto-shutoff happening, then you have no overheating. BTW, also check temps and usage on the GPU.
