G550 Has been sent in 3 times to fix the headphone jack, I'm sending it in again.

I bought this $1200 piece of junk in November, it came with a broken headphone jack. I have since sent it in 3 times to be repaired, still not fixed. Has anybody else had headphone issues or poor, poor customer service?

Hi Jakedingus, I used to face the same problem as well. The combo jack seems to spoil really easily u have to be realy gentle with it. U should RMA it ie send to them again, try to kick up a fuss. my customer service in perth did a rad job, they changed my mobo twiced. >:D
