I just want to ask if anyone else with a G53JW has been playing Ghost Recon Online. I am asking because I can only play one or two rounds before my laptop completely freezes.
I think this has to do with the crap cooling system considering how hot the back of my laptop gets when ever I am playing any game.
I have already sent this paper weight in a few times because of different issues (power adapter pin broke, dead pixels [they said they would replace the screen but didn't], and I informed them of the heat issues and asked for that to be investigated but again that problem was never looked into either). I'm tired of paying to ship this thing in to be honest, so I'm considering tearing it apart and replacing the thermal compound myself. Any suggestions on that? Last thing, the keyboard doesn't always take every key press the first time...
I have only had this laptop since February of 2011, and I will seriously have to think about it before purchasing another Asus laptop.
